As I understand it the use of the marker bit is profile dependent
the author of the rtp analysis only had Voice in mind.
The use of the marker bit is different for Video. In order to fix the problem
the profile used must be pased to the rtp analysis and different action
be taken dependent on the profile used.
This is currenty not implemented/supported.
