The EBCDIC display of the hex values is absolutely fine (see
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EBCDIC for encoding tables). What you seem to
refer to is ASCII, but as this packet is decoded as SNA, the SNA character
encoding of EBCDIC is used. When I look at that packet it may well be, that the
packet is in fact not an SNA packet but an IP packet with a weird header, but
that's another story.
