PortAudio V19-devel, with AirPcap.

Running on Windows XP Service Pack 2, build 2600, with WinPcap version 3.1
(packet.dll version 3, 1, 0, 27), based on libpcap version 0.9[.x], without
AirPcap.

Built using Microsoft Visual C++ 8.0 build 50727

README.developer suggests using proto_tree_add_bitmask to display bitmasks, but
that function isn't exported by libwireshark.dll, so it can't be used by
plugins.

This appears to be a simple case of accidentally omitting the function name
from epan/libwireshark.def.

I've verified this is still the case in the SVN trunk.

I'll attach an updated libwireshark.def - it's a one-line addition.
