I do not see this packet... I actually get the sdp encoded one.
I can see this issue as being the same as in Bug 1406 these values are
contained in ber encoded octet strings.

We got:
04 -- encapsulation
   04 -- lenght
      0A 21 10 88 -- actual value

I was taking 04 04 0A 21 as being the 4 bytes making the IP address.

It is fixed in rev 20994
