Windows Wirshark.

1. Click Help -> About -> Authors -or- Help -> About -> Licence -or-
   any other long page.

2. Click body of text.  Don't drag-select body of text.

3. It will automatically go to (near) end of text.  If you click another tab
   and click back to you above tab (e.ge Licence -> Authors -> Licence),
   and click body of text again, it will go to (near) top of text.  The
   next time, it will go to (near) end of text, and so on.

4. If you drag-select the body of text, the problem goes away.
