Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

When I run this command

tshark -i eth0 -w - | wireshark -i - -k -l -S

The output of tshark is buffered with 4k buffer.

To check, just run this command while a concurrent ping is running.
