Running with WinPcap version 3.1 (packet.dll version 3, 1, 0, 27), based on
libpcap version 0.9[.x] on Windows XP Service Pack 2, build 2600.

The buttons _in_ the Preferences dialog are mis-sized. When I click on the
Packet list selection mode: button, it gets slightly smaller, and all the rest
of the dialog items shift up once.

Cosmetic, AFAICS, but annoying.
