I've tried to load your file with the filters you've mentioned and guess what -
no crash...

Does it crash immediately or is WS starting to load packets and crashes while
the packets rushing in?

Maybe it has something to do that your settings are different than mine ...

Can you attach your personal setting files? You'll find them under C:\Documents
and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Wireshark - you may zip them and
attach them here (be careful to not make "secret" info public, e.g. WEP keys
stored in the preferences file) - in that case you could simply delete the
problematic parts, mark the file "private" or send them to me personally
