C:\Program Files\Wireshark>tshark.exe
Fatal: Could not acquire crypto context from Windows.


I suppose this is a configuration error, or just Windows being obstinate.  But
I can find no information on the cause of this error, so I have no way to know
how to solve the problem.

When running the GUI WireShark it fails silently.  This is particularly
annoying.
