Summary: FCS presence identification not working
           Product: Wireshark
           Version: 0.99.3
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Low
         Component: Wireshark
        AssignedTo: wireshark-bugs@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
        ReportedBy: jwright@xxxxxxxxxxx

I'm using Wireshark 0.99.3 SVN rev 19011 on Windows XP with a packet capture
taken from a Linux box with madwifi drivers reporting radiotap headers in
monitor mode.

Wireshark is attempting to interpret FCS information at the last 4 bytes of the
frame, even though the "Assume packets have FCS" is not selected in the IEEE
802.11 preferences and the radiotap header indicates that the FCS flag is false
(not present).

This bug prevents the user from decrypting WEP framess, since wireshark is
looking in the wrong place for the ICV.
