I executed:
tshark -b duration:3600 -i "\Device\NPF_{[CUT]}" -n -
N mt -q -w  g:\log\log

specifing the duration in seconds (3600) after that tethereal should switch to 
another file, but it outputs:
"tethereal: Multiple capture files requested, but no maximum capture file size 
was specified."
and terminates.

If I specify -b filesize:value, it works.
