Wireshark 1.1.2 is now available. This is a development release and is
intended to be used for testing new features. The latest stable release
of Wireshark is 1.0.5. Installers for Windows, OS X, and source code can
be downloaded immediately from

Major changes between 1.1.2 and 1.1.1:

  GeoIP database support has been added
  Supporting libraries have been updated in the Windows installer, including
    a security fix in c-ares.
  File previews on Windows have been improved

Major changes between 1.1.2 and 1.0.3 :

  Wireshark's main window now has a start page
  The display filter entry now supports autocompletion
  Support for more protocols and capture file formats
  GTK1 support has been removed
  The c-ares asynchronous DNS resolver library is now supported
  Windows packages are now built with Visual C++ 2008 SP1
  PostScript (R) print output has been improved
