Ethereal developement has moved to wireshark.org, same people
different name, essentially same application. New lists, new website,
and obviously a new svn reposotory.

The best way to submit a change is to post a diff against the current
svn ($ svn diff ) revision to wireshark-dev@xxxxxxxxxxxxx .
