Hi everyone.
 
Windows 2003 Standard Server.  XP SP2 clients.  Keep getting disconnected without warning.  I synchronize my "MY Documents" to the server, occasionally a balloon in the lower right pops up says "You are no longer connected to server.  You can continue working offline".  But for those who run an app that is hosted on the server, it is misery...
 
So I fired up Ethereal.  LOTS of packets, I mean close to 80 or 90 percent, have incorrect checksums.
Others say "Congestion Window Reduced".
 
The server has 1GB card plugged into a Cisco 3560 switch.  I am thinking someone is not doing something right (flow control or something).  Any ideas??
