That depends on:

    whether the 3Com card supports supplying management frames to the host
(I don't know whether it does);

    if it does, whether the driver you have for the card, and the OS
you're using, supports a way of enabling that capability.

Even if the answer to both questions is "yes", it might not be possible to
turn that on for a capture program such as Ethereal that uses libpcap.
