You could merge them together with Mergecap.exe in the Ethereal program group and then analyse the resultant merged file.

If I capture with the option MULTIPLE FILE, who I can
see the statistic->conversation of the all of this files?
You can't - Ethereal can open only one file at a time and analyze the contents of this file. 

I don't know a way how to do it.
