Not easily.
The only format that currently supports this two types of frames is
Tektronix K12's rf5 but it  cannot be used for a number of reasons.

What you can do is to create fake ethernet /ip/sctp/m2ua headers for
the MTP2 frames contained in the MTP2 file and then merge both files.

But that's not a simple solution.
