HI, I don`t write so much english, but I would try

I am monitoring traffic RTP and use i can see the max jitter,min
jitter, but when i see the % packet loss  sometimes it has negative
values for example  -4000 (-20,8 %) and somtimes it is  4000 (30%),
why there are negative values? what that means?

And my other question is what mean Max delta? is that the delay?
