Presumably you already know that our first response for bugs in any
versions older than the current version tends to be "we've fixed a bunch
of bugs since that version, try the latest version".  I suspect there's no
easy-to-find link because we want to discourage people from using older
versions; there may be some who need them, but I think we'd prefer that
everybody else use the latest version.
