I try to make a best explain :

This is not a loopback capture. The trafic is between local machine and
remote server. In other SO's on same local machine and the same remote
server the SSL protocol packages are captured and Ok. On Windows Me the SSL
protocol packages are not captured.

This is a SO Bug from Windows Me? Are there a patch for TCP/IP stack of
windows AFAIK? How to capture the SSL packages on Windows Me? Is not
possible?
