Hmmm, some misconfiguration in gtkrc from Fedora? Sorry, not a UNIX expert.
It also doesn't work properly, when i try to choose the interface for sniffing, the program just closing up and gives me another error:
Err file capture_sync.c: line 661 (sync_pipe_input_cb): should not be reached 
Aborted


That bug is fixed in the 0.10.12 release.
