Clarification, I have Ethereal on the Linux (FC4) box and the XP PRO SP1 box
... we are working on the XP Pro box for now
I do not have TCP Dump installed ...

That should make no difference.

I.e., the XP box you mentioned in another message isn't part of this?

Does tcpdump report any packets if you run it on the same interface one 
which you run Ethereal?
