Thanks for help thusfar! This is sort of a crosspost from ethereal-dev, sorry....

PBLM: ethereal didnt compile...
(Note: tethereal did compile/work aok)

Then for grins, I tried:
"make ethereal" by itself and it said:
No rule to make target gtk/libui.a needed by ethereal stop

-Not sure what to do next.
I know you guys work hard and I appreciate any help!
