Hello

Tried to open german docs using the links "Germany"
on the page http://www.ethereal.com/docs/ for docs. 
in HTML:
http://ethereal.mirroring.de/user-guide/
http://ethereal.mirroring.de/user-guide-sp/

For both I got:
