Older ID means, that
Internet Draft version 5 (draft-ietf-sigtran-m3ua-05.txt) Internet Draft version 6 (draft-ietf-sigtran-m3ua-06.txt) Internet Draft version 7 (draft-ietf-sigtran-m3ua-07.txt) and the RFC 3332 version are supported. You can chose this under the Preferences/Protocol/M3UA. All these version have different message formats. So if you have a trace, you must chose the correct version. If you don't you'll see unknown tags and possible Malformed Packet errors.

Best regards
Michael

"The packet capturing driver" is part of WinPcap, and if that was
installed correctly, the driver should be there (I think it's called
"npf.sys").

You should ask the WinPcap developers about this.

Where is that other site that mentions the packet capturing driver?
