RFC 2833. The DTMF tones generated by the buttons are transferred with different RTP payload types.
I'm not sure what the implications are to Ethereal, but it's probably enough to cause problems when attempting to extract a stream to a file.

certain RTP payloads to an audio file.

This feature seems to work fine as long as no telephone buttons are
pressed during the conversation. However, if a button is pressed and a
tone generated, it seems to foul up the process, resulting in the
