Has anyone ever captured and reassembled a SIP conversation using ethereal?

I'm interested in seeing how easy this is to do. I'm guessing its
easier/harder with certain codecs. If this has already been done
before does anyone have a link? I tried googling around but didn't
find anything specific.

Also, what about the IAX2 protocol? Has anyone ever done this with IAX2?
