Title: Merging Capture Files

I have two files and when I merge them chronologically by time stamp, the second file is always added to the end of the first file and the time stamp is completely ignored.  In fact, the time stamp for the 2nd file is changed so that the time is continuous from the first file.

Does anybody know why this is happening??
