Probably there. According to
http://www.iana.org/assignments/ethernet-numbers
that ethertype comes from  the original Xerox spec.


I didn't find it.

I did, however, find

in a Google search; it says that it's in the original DEC/Intel/Xerox spec, but not documented anywhere else, and he links to a PDF made by scanning (but *not* OCRing) that part of the spec.
