Dear all:

I am using Ethereal for Windows...

>From a captured file, I want to erase rows (lines) in a fixed-step way (i.e.
take packet information only every two lines). Think in a 10MB file (thousands
of lines).

The solution I am thinking is exporting the captured file to "Plain Text"
format, manipulate the text file in a C/C++ program and reconverting to
"pcap" format...is it possible? how?

Any other suggestion?
