The current RTP analysis code has a hard-coded 8000Hz value as a base
for calculating timestamps used in jitter calculations.  It would be
nice if this was modifyable by the user and/or uses a lookup table
based upon payload type.  This would allow correct jitter analysis of
high-bitrate audio codecs and MPEG data which use a different base
timestamp frequency.
