Is that "the operation completed successfully"?  (Babelfish translates it
as something similar.)

If so, I think I've seen some messages indicating that's a WinPcap 3.0
bug, and the 3.1 beta *might* fix it (although it's a beta so it might
introduce other problems - people should report those problems to the
WinPcap developers so they can fix it before the final release).
