Any Win32 build of Ethereal should work on WinNT/2k/XP/2003.

Consider downloading version 0.10.3 as it is the latest official release.
Please note that new official releases are generated every 4 to 8 weeks.

Browse to http://www.ethereal.com/download.html and pick an appropriate
download location from the list in "Windows 98/ME/2000/XP/2003 Installers".
