The current CVS snapshot of Ethereal (compiled on cygwin) properly opens and
dissects your capture.

I've attached its dissection to this mail (it has UNIX line ends so open it
with WordPad or gvim on a MS Windows system).

displays attached error message. It seems to be a broken capture file.

I can still browse through the capture file without any problems.
