I have been experiencing similar problems on an XP Pro desktop with all available patches and WinPcap 3.0. This is annoying as I want to run a long term capture and am unable to run more than an hour or so before Ethereal crashes due to this same error.

Thanks,

Paul

[Ray Rizzuto] After running Ethereal 10.2 for a short while, I get two console boxes popping up.  One has many of the first message, the other has many of the second message.  This is on a Dell laptop running Windows XP Pro SP1.
