Ethereal only supports M3UA over SCTP, not M3UA
over UDP.
At least it seems so when looking in the file
packet-m3ua.c
You'll probably have to do some (small?) changes to
the source code if you want the later to work.

Hello, i am relatively new to ethereal and was hoping someone out there
can assist me to display M3UA messages. I have tried to build an
M3UA filter under "Edit-->Display Filters". This filter has a "Filter
String" of "m3ua". I am capturing packets of M3UA over UDP. I have so far been
unsuccessfull in my attemtps and i'm not sure what i am doing wrong.
I hope someone can provide some guidance. thank you.
