Hi,

man tethereal,  look for proto,colinfo

You can use the -z proto,colinfo... argument to tethereal to put anything you want that has a display filter name on the one line summary line for each packet. Then it is just a matter of some grep and sed magic to extract whatever data you need.

-z proto,colinfo can be used multiple times on teh same command line.
