Hello,
 
I'm attempting to install Ethereal on my Windows XP machine.  I followed the instructions on the page.  I performed the following steps.  
 
1. Installed WinPcap 3.0
2. Installed ethereal-setup-0.9.8.exe. 
 
It appeared to load fine, but when I launch it from the desktop icon nothing pops up.  It does however show that ethereal.exe is running under Processes in Taskmanager, which shows it taking up greater than 90% of the CPU.   
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I'm sure it's something simple.  I'm looking forward to driving this thing around the block.
