Well judging from the error message, which reads 'installer verification
failed', I would make a first guess that the download somehow has gotten
corrupted. As a first try, you might want to try to download ethereal again,
and see if that works. Also, disabling virusscanners and such ( at least
during the download and the install ) might help out.


PS:
If you want to receive reply's from people who do not have Ms-word
installed, it might be better to type the error message in text next time or
attach the screenshot to the email directly, than to attach a word document
that only contains a screenshot.
