Hi all !

I have Cisco 7960 VoIP phones and i am capturing the packets on a linux machine (making it as a gateway) using ethereal.

After capturing the packets (say for one side)  ,i decode the stream and its shows the RTP (G.711 PCMU) packets. As the RTP is on UDP, the function like "Follow TCP Stream" will not work.

Please help me ,How should

1.) i save the RTP stream to a file / single packet(binary without header) to a file

2.) play that to /dev/dsp or a sound file.

3.) Is there any free tool available in linux for all these.

Thanks in anticipation,

My regards to all contributers for such a great tool,

Neeraj Kumar Badgujar
