UDP data?  Ethereal doesn't support dissecting RFC 1798 CLDAP traffic no
matter *what* operating system you're running it on; nobody's put that
support in (I hadn't even *heard* of CLDAP until now).

recommends moving CLDAP to "historic" status.

That I-D also mentions draft-ietf-ldapext-ldapudp-00.txt, but that's not
implemented by Ethereal, either - Ethereal does not, on any platform,
support dissecting LDAP over UDP.
