Great! Please note though, that version 0.9.2 contains a security bug that
is fixed in the current release version 0.9.3 (please see www.ethereal.com
for the security announcement). So in case it's not too late, I'd recommend
distributing version 0.9.3.

Out of curiosity: Will this be a Windows, *BSD or Linux version?
In case of the Windows version, you'll definitely want to include version
2.3 of winpcap to enable capture support. Version 2.3 is required for WinXP.

Please take a look at the license that accompanies Ethereal. You'll notice that
you don't require any permission from the authors (or, even better: it has already
been granted). In case you are asking out of politeness: Sure, we *want* Ethereal
to be useful and used by as many people as possible.

I found out that "pro" means "instead of" (as in proconsul). Now I know
what proactive means.
