I just installed ethereal 0.9.3-1with WinPcap 2.3 on W2K SP2 and when I
lauch ethereal it gives me the following error:

The procedure entry point wtap_file could not be located in the dynamic link
library wiretap-0.0.dll

any ideas on how to fix this?
