I'm having a lot of trouble lately with the Ethereal 0.9.2 and Winpcap
3.2 on getting them installed. I can get through both installs fine,
even reboot, but Ethereal doesn't see the NIC. 

Is this a problem with Winpcap or Ethereal or both? 

This has happened on several different types of hardware. I've also
posted to the winpcap mailing list. Any suggestion are appreciated.
