It does.  Select the first packet of sim_connect7.cap, choose "Decode
As..." from the "Tools" menu, select "destination (49200)" from the
option menu, select "WTP" from the list of protocols, and click
"Accept".  It now shows all the packets as WTP (for the ACKs) or WSP
(for the others).

If the use of port 49200 was the result of a redirect, then if the
redirect were part of the capture, Ethereal would see the redirect and
automatically arrange to handle port 49200 traffic between those IP
addresses as WTP traffic.
