What if you use WinDump instead of Ethereal?

If the same problems happen with WinDump (doesn't work with WinPcap 2.3,
works with WinPcap 2.2), as I suspect will be the case, this is a
WinPcap problem.  See the WinPcap support page at

for information on how to report this problem to the WinPcap maintainers
(sometimes that site is down; be patient and keep trying, it will
probably eventually come back up - do *not* assume that this means that
they no longer exist).
