Not on Solaris - packets going to your machine from your machine will be
sent over the loopback interface, and it is not possible to capture
packets sent over the loopback interface on Solaris, regardless of
whether you use Ethereal or snoop or tcpdump or whatever; it's a
limitation of Solaris.

Ask Sun to change their networking code so that the loopback interface
can be accessed using DLPI.
