Darren,
You can just delete the config.cache if you want to start over. This
will get rid of the previous configure settings

Subject: [Ethereal-users] Ethereal, Red-Hat7.2 Installation problems
Hi all,
Its me again, the newbie with my daily update of Linux Problems...
I cannot seem to get ethereal 0.8.20 built and installed properly in
RH7.2.
I have already successfully built and installed Libpcap and
Tcpdump(pretty much the same procedures), but (after Un-Tarring the
source into a arbitrary directory) ...
- Every time I run "./configure" in a Shell-Konsole(in ethereal's
source directory as root) in Red-Hat's KDE, I will get:
loading config.cache
command not found
command not found
command not found
command not found
....
and a series(abt 5 more) of other similar errors before the script
terminates.
Am I doing anything wrong??
Please Help!
Thanx for listening
Darren
