On what version of Windows are you trying to capture packets?

On what type of network interface are you trying to capture packets?

Try using WinPcap to capture the traffic; if it has the same problem,
which I suspect it will, report this to the WinPcap developers, by
sending mail to

	winpcap@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
