Is there a pdf of the user guide/developer guide I can print out
(I just see a web version).

I have the cvs of ethereal-doc, and it doesn't seem to want  to build
on redhat 7.1 (clean install) -- (if desired, I can provide a bug
report).   I got an old pdf of the user guide -- where is there a new one?
